We’ve been working with Hydra-Stop for 15 or 16 years. It’s a long-term commitment and of course issues emerge, but Hydra-Stop is committed to making improvements and upgrades where necessary. I have a good relationship with the team and there is an open line of communication from the bottom to the top of the company. I would like to see them stock more standard fitting sizes to reduce lead time.
